Hi, I’m Kim! I was born and raised in the Boston area. I’m a true New Englander in heart and spirit. I admittedly am glued to my Airpods which are typically playing true-crime podcasts or Taylor Swift.
I love to travel and try new foods. I’m an animal lover and have a golden retriever named Merlot. I’m passionate about customer success, third party risk management, and helping customers achieve maximum value with Black Kite.
Hi, I’m Scot! I live in Pittsburgh, PA, and LOVE the University of Pittsburgh.
In my free time, I can be found spending time with my family and dog, playing tennis, and tinkering with various DIY projects.
Hi, I’m Laura! I grew up in Arlington, MA, and now live in Cape Cod.
I have two little girls who keep me very busy. I love to run and am aiming to complete a World Marathon Majors! I’m also working on a BS in Cybersecurity at Champlain College. I’m passionate about all things related to sharks, space, and trivia.

Hi, I’m Jonathan! As a Cape Cod resident, I enjoy all things fishing, beaching, and boating. Some of my other hobbies include playing guitar, gaming, strength training, and watching all of the Boston sports teams crush their opponents. Of all my hobbies, though, spending time with family, and friends is my favorite.
After working in sales across several different industries, I transitioned to Customer Success Manager with Black Kite where I have loved every second of the experience. My favorite part is helping customers feel heard and solving their problems through a cooperative effort, all while having fun along the way.
Hi, I’m Britt! I grew up in spooky Salem, MA. After six years in Phoenix, AR, I moved back to Boston in 2019 to be closer to family. My hobbies include spending time with friends, traveling, pickle ball, comedy, podcasts, and games of all kinds.
When I’m not partnering with Black Kite customers to help fight cybercrime, I love spending time with my wife and three cats, Todd, George, and Ramona (pictures available upon request).
Hi, I’m Steve! As a Customer Success Manager with Black Kite, my priority is to ensure customers receive the most value out of their partnership with us. With over 14 years in the technology space, with 6 in cybersecurity (Wombat Security Technologies, Proofpoint and Black Kite), I enjoy sharing any experiences that can assist customers along their security journey. I like to treat every day as another opportunity to learn something new.
Born and raised in the Pittsburgh, PA area, I’m an avid fan of all Pittsburgh sports. I also enjoy golfing, hockey, kayaking, and visiting any ballpark/arena to catch a game. Last but not least, I love spending time with my five nephews to ensure my spot as their favorite uncle.
Hi, I’m Ryan! I’m originally from just north of Boston, but currently reside in southern New Hampshire with my wife, son, and dog. I love being active outdoors, specifically the mountains. You can usually find me hiking my home state or other beautiful parts of the country. My other hobbies include disc golf and archery.
Professionally, I loves the Boston tech scene and the emergence of customer success as a core component of any successful SaaS company. I’m very fortunate to be a part of such an awesome team in an amazing company!
