We noticed a company that we worked with pretty closely on a regular basis - They had a critical vulnerability that was exposed to the internet. It turned out that they did miss a test environment, that was exposed to the internet, that they had completely forgotten about. They promptly went, updated everything, resolved the issue and came back to us and said, thanks for sharing the findings with us - That was super helpful, we really appreciate it.
