Offboarding

Offboarding is the formal process of ending a vendor relationship in a controlled manner: revoking access to systems and data, fulfilling contractual obligations, and assessing residual risk. A defined offboarding process is a critical and frequently overlooked component of the third-party cyber risk management lifecycle.
